Our group of seven visited Busters with a restaurant.com certificate for $25 off a $50 purchase. We were seated immediately (the restaurant was DEAD on a Saturday night at 6pm). Although there were kids' placemats and crayons, the host didn't provide them--we had to ask. Our waitress was very friendly, but she didn't seem to know much about the menu. It seemed like every question we asked, she needed to ask the cooks for an answer--which kinda made us feel bad for making her run around, but then again, they were basic questions she should have known off the bat. PROS: Caesar salad, soup, burgers, and steak sandwich were delicious. The kitchen was very quick getting orders out. No wait for table/food. The waitress was attentive and helpful. CONS: The kids grilled cheese was sent out with shredded cheddar because they "ran out" of American cheese. The waitress didn't know the menu. Overall, the service was okay, and the food was okay, but I don't think we'd eat here again without the $25 off certificate.

Morning service on Sunday was pretty bad. With two waiters and 6 tables it was rare to ever see our waitress. Food was sub par. Toast came out uncooked and not buttered. Pretty much dry bread. Buster omelet featured under cooked peppers mushrooms and onions. We weren't alone. Overheard the table next to us. Whole order was wrong and a mess. They also never saw their waitress. No surprise there. If you're reading this. Just go to faseys down the street.

Went to dinner at about 5pm on a Monday, the waiter seemed new, my boyfriend and I were the only people there. The waiter didn't know any of the drinks on tap, we started out with onion rings that tasted raw and the menu said it came with dipping sauce but we didn't get any. We tried to ask for some but the waiter never came back to the table nor could we get his attention. Then we ordered our dinner and the waiter couldn't figure out which table the food went to even though at this point maybe 4 other couples showed up, I ordered chicken with wild mushroom pasta but when it got to the table it looked like a bowl of soup with some noodles in it, it had spinach in the sauce that was still crunchy. My boyfriend ordered a burger and when he got it, it was cold. Later that night my boyfriend and decided we would never go back to busters, for a $40 bill the food and service was absolute crap.

Great wood fire pizza. The 6 inch Buster Deluxe had a great mix of veggies and meat on it. Plenty for one person. Busters is attached to the local Holiday Inn. What a great feature when it is cold and rainy out and getting late. I ended up taking it back to my room but the restaurant is clean, has a ton of tables, and a nice bar atmosphere. Would come back here even if I wasn't staying at the Holiday Inn.

Worst cooked meal EVER!! My family ordered the Ribeye and chicken. Not only was the steak a bad piece of meat, the cook burnt it, even though we asked for medium rare. The chicken was also burnt. The baked potato wasn't "baked". Garlic mashed potatoes were chunky and undercooked. Will never eat there again. However, the waitresses were friendly and attentive.

Good drink specials during happy hour. Nice wood bar atmosphere. It is attached to a hotel so that is a little different crowd, but it was very warm and welcoming. The bartender was very nice. The Hawaiian pizza was quite good, but the side salad could have really become something great if it had some mixed greens in it.
